An unpaid or expired membership does not create a new active paid-month allocation. Confirmed payments and artist selections must be verified by the backend.

Buy a song, EP or album
Artists can offer digital downloads through Kinchord. These purchases are separate from membership; payment and download delivery are not enabled yet. Listening never obliges you to buy.
Merch / Store
Visit an artist’s existing external store from their Merch section, when a store link is available. Purchases, payment and delivery are handled by that external store. Native Kinchord Merch is coming soon.

Will I be charged automatically next month?
No. Nothing will be charged automatically. A paid membership gives you one month of access; another payment requires your decision.
What happens when the month ends?
Your paid access ends. You return to free listening and can choose to buy another month when paid membership becomes available.
Will Kinchord remind me before it ends?
Before paid membership launches, we plan to provide a clear reminder a few days before the access period ends. The reminder will say: “Nothing will be charged automatically.”
Can I keep a payment method for next time?
When this option becomes available, you may choose to save a payment method for a quicker checkout. Saving it will never authorize an automatic renewal.
What happens to my Favorite Artist?
Your membership supports your chosen Favorite Artist for each confirmed paid month. You can explore artists now; saving or changing a paid selection will become available with membership confirmation. It is independent of what you listen to.
