1. Kinchord and current access
Kinchord is a music platform for discovery, listening and artist release preparation. Available music can be discovered and played, subject to access and rights restrictions. Approved artists can use the tools enabled for their accounts, including private release preparation and promo clip creation. Access is currently controlled while the catalog and listener service are prepared for wider availability.
Tour content and explicitly labeled examples are illustrative. They do not represent a real account, live audience activity or actual earnings. A working account tool is not an illustration simply because Kinchord is in Beta. Features that are not enabled are not offered as available services.
2. Operator and contact
During the current Beta, Kinchord is operated by Srdjan Milivojevic in Serbia, as identified in the current Privacy Notice. Contact: founders@kinchord.com. The contracting legal entity and registered business details will be stated in the applicable artist agreement and updated service terms before paid services begin.
3. Accounts and registration
Submitting interest does not automatically create an account, guarantee access or start a subscription. Account access uses a verified email address. Keep access to your email secure, do not share or misuse sign-in codes, and do not access another person's account. Kinchord may limit or suspend access for security, unlawful use, rights concerns or operational reasons.
4. Artist uploads and publication
You can prepare your release and upload your files privately. Before your music is published, we’ll provide the artist agreement for you to review and accept. Uploading does not publish your music automatically.
Your release remains private during preparation and review. Public publication requires your approval and acceptance of the applicable artist terms. Preparing a draft, submitting a release for review or submitting a promo clip to Kinchord News does not itself make that content public. News submissions are published only after approval.
5. Ownership and artist authorization
Music, recordings, photographs and cover artwork remain the property of their respective rights holders. Only upload material you own or are authorized to provide, and supply accurate credits and rights information. A declaration that you hold the rights is separate from accepting the artist agreement.
The artist agreement defines the authorization Kinchord receives to host, deliver and publicly present approved content, including its scope and any applicable commercial conditions. These general terms do not transfer ownership of your music. Listening to or viewing content does not grant permission to copy or reuse it outside authorized platform functions.
6. Payments and artist earnings
Paid memberships, purchases and payouts are not currently active. Registering interest does not charge you, create a payment obligation or require you to join a future paid service. Disabled payment controls are not active offers.
Before paid features are enabled, the applicable prices, billing, cancellation and refund terms will be provided. Artist revenue allocation and payout conditions will be stated in the applicable artist terms. No audience size, listening result or illustration guarantees income. Fan-directed allocation is €4 per month for each active paid member who selects the artist as their Favorite Artist. Play counts do not determine this allocation.
7. Responsible use and rights concerns
Do not submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate others, infringe rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the service or use forms for spam or automated abuse. Kinchord may restrict access to disputed or unauthorized content while a concern is reviewed. Rights concerns can be reported to founders@kinchord.com with the content link, the rights involved and a way to contact you.
Kinchord branding and original interface materials must not be presented as another service or used to impersonate Kinchord.
8. Availability and external services
Kinchord may be updated and some functions may be interrupted or unavailable. Tool availability can depend on account access, content rights and technical compatibility. External links and embedded videos are subject to their providers' availability and rules. Kinchord does not control third-party services.
9. Responsibility and legal rights
You remain responsible for the content you provide and the authority to use it. Kinchord does not guarantee uninterrupted service, audience growth, career outcomes or earnings. Illustrative examples are not financial advice or promises. Any limits on responsibility apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude mandatory consumer or other legal rights.
10. Applicable law and concerns
These current terms are governed by the applicable laws of Serbia, without limiting mandatory protections that apply in your country. Contact founders@kinchord.com to raise a concern or seek a resolution. This does not restrict your right to use a competent court or other dispute-resolution procedure available under applicable law. Specific contracting-party and dispute provisions for artist agreements and paid services will be provided before you accept those services.
11. Updates and privacy
The date above identifies the current version. Updated terms and any additional conditions for new services will be made available before those services are offered. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice. These terms do not replace the separate artist agreement.
